Account Registration
A registered account is required to use all services on the kariya platform. During the registration process, each user must provide accurate and complete personal information.
2.1 Registration Terms
- Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
- The name, date of birth, mobile number and other details provided at registration must be completely truthful.
- kariya may at any time request an ID or other documents for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
- Opening an account in the name or identity of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
2.2 Account Security
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the kariya support team immediately. The user bears responsibility for any loss arising from login details falling into another person's hands, unless it is specifically proven that there was a fault in kariya's security systems.
Age and Eligibility
By providing your date of birth at registration, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. kariya may at any time request a copy of your national ID or passport for age verification.
If verification shows that an account holder is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and the related transactions will be cancelled. The same action will also be taken if any person is found to have provided false information during verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
You can deposit at kariya via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
- Deposit transactions generally take a few minutes to complete.
- If funds do not appear in your account, contact the support team with your payment receipt or screenshot.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or methods are not allowed — the source of the deposit must belong to the account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
The same methods can be used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be partially or fully held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- Where applicable, the same method used for the deposit must be used for each withdrawal.
- kariya reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification if unusual transactions or fraud are suspected.
Bonuses and Promotions
kariya offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. It is each user's responsibility to read those terms before claiming a bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
5.2 General Bonus Policy
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- A bonus may only be usable on certain games or game categories — see the detailed terms of each offer.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- kariya reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus for reasonable cause.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
Games and Betting Policy
The kariya platform offers services across various categories including slot games, live casino, cricket betting and football betting. All betting activities are governed by the general policy below.
6.1 Game Results
All game results are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game results are determined through dealers broadcast in real time. If a technical error is proven in any game result, kariya reserves the right to void that round and refund the relevant bet amount.
6.2 Betting Rules
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless kariya voluntarily does so under specific circumstances.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet amount is generally refunded.
- No bet will be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
- Attempting to place bets by exploiting manipulation or any technical error is strictly prohibited and the account will be closed in such cases.
6.3 Betting Limits
kariya reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or betting market. These limits may change from time to time and will be stated in the applicable terms for the relevant game or market.
Account Closure and Restrictions
kariya reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict an account without prior notice for any of the reasons listed below:
- Providing false or incomplete registration information.
- Operating an account below the required age limit.
- Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
- Bonus abuse, fraudulent activity or attempts at manipulation.
- Misconduct or threats directed at other users.
- Suspicious activity involving financial fraud or money laundering.
- Any other serious breach of these terms and conditions.
If a rule violation is proven at the time of account closure, the balance may be forfeited. If no rule violation has occurred, any valid balance will be returned.
Users may also close their account at their own discretion. In this case, any valid balance remains withdrawable, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
Security and Privacy

kariya will never ask for your password, OTP or full payment details without a prior request from you. If someone claiming to be a kariya representative asks for such information, it may be a fraud attempt — notify our support team immediately.
Disclaimer and Limitations
The kariya platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. kariya does not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance or unforeseen events.
- kariya bears limited liability if a bet or game is interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
- kariya will not be held responsible if the service is disrupted by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
- kariya is not liable for losses arising from the user's own negligence or the actions of third parties.
kariya's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
Changes and Amendments
kariya reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.
